To allow for Healthy Hair and their are simple steps to take to eliminate stressing the hair or dehydrating the hair.

  • Make sure the ends of your hair are clipped every 6 weeks, this helps keep the dead ends away and keeps your hair from splitting up the shaft.
  • Brush your hair before washing it, this loosens up the dirt and this also get the tangles out before it is wet.
  • Hair is the weakest when it's wet so when De-tangling it make small sections and start at the ends and work your way up to the root.
  • Deep condition every two weeks to help strengthen the ends of the hair
  • Allow your hair to have a routine, only flat iron or use heat on your hair one every two weeks. Excessive heat damages the hair more.
  • Moisturize your hair once a week and color treated hair needs extra moisture.
